Projects aren’t just things we have participants create during the program. They’re measurable ways of creating value no matter where you are in your career. Some of the coolest projects we’ve seen are the ones participants complete during their apprenticeships.
This is Noah Buscher.
Noah started his apprenticeship at BriteBee in January 2019. 3 weeks into his apprenticeship, he had already created a huge project for his business partner: a new website!
Here’s what Noah had to say about the website he built:
What inspired you to complete this project?
My employers tasked me with creating a new landing page for the company and a website for a client, doing both the design and development with feedback from the team. I was inspired by the beautiful websites on Httpster, website designs on Dribbble, and dozens of font guides.
What was the biggest challenge you overcame while completing this?
I traditionally only do development, so stepping into the design world was a bit of a switch for me. With that said, I really enjoyed everything: from color swatching to grid layouts, and am looking forward to my next project.
What are you going to work on next?
I’m currently working on designing a fully functional website for an insurance agency client of ours and can’t wait to start building it out!
This isn’t the only cool project Noah has created! Check out this value proposition Noah put together for Flowhub. He designed a custom CRM for the company, complete with features like lead tracking, CSV upload, and advanced filters.
