Mitch is one of those uncompromising people who works hard at everything he does, but won’t settle for anything less than the best opportunity. He’s confident and courageous, and has big dreams. That’s what attracted us to him in the pool of applicants, and that’s why we’re proud to introduce him as a member of the February, 2014 class.
“I am a 20 year old college dropout who is a prolific drummer, and believes entrepreneurship changes the marketplace of goods, services, and ideas. I am obsessed with the band Rush. I live by the Ayn Rand quote, “There is no such thing as a lousy job, only lousy men who don’t care to do it.” I have loved every job I’ve had; even three years at Taco Bell and two years waiting tables.
I wanted more than a comfortable job and school. I researched my options and became a real estate agent to avoid student debt and be self-employed in a lucrative business. I saw this as a step on my road to becoming a professional public speaker and owning my own coaching and consulting firm. I have always viewed my highest goals as things that were going to happen, and all I had to do was figure out the road there. After I was introduced to the program, it was evident that part of this road is paved by Praxis. I am honored to be accepted into the inaugural class of an institution with a vision so bold and courageous, it will drag its dream, and my own, into existence.”
Applications are open for the February and September classes!
