We are extremely selective about the companies that join our business partner network. We want to not only guarantee a high quality experience to our participants by making sure that we don’t send them somewhere that will not allow them to be challenged and grow, but we also focus on companies that are at an intersection of young and growing but stable and focused. Companies that fall here offer some of the best experiences for participants.
This is one of those companies.
New Praxis business partner nGenx is seeking an ambitious, self-guided, and competent young person to join their sales or marketing department as they experience a hyper-growth phase. Founded in 2005 and spun off from a larger company in 2010, nGenx provides Workspace as a Service (WaaS) and other cloud services for clients all over the world. The company is now consolidating its operations in Raleigh, NC, and is prepping to grow its client base exponentially over the coming year.
The unique position as a young spin-off from a larger, older company gives nGenx the culture and speed of a high-growth startup with the stability of an established operation. In their niche, nGenx is one of the largest providers in the world for WaaS.
They want you to be part of this growth.
nGenx is looking for ambitious, high-competence, organized young people to join their sales team and their marketing team. As always, Praxis participants receive the opportunity to work with the President and build their own project within the company.

The program delves into everything from digital skills and professional proficiencies to core concepts in philosophy, history, economics, technology, and business. While the business experience takes place onsite, the education component is done remotely through an online portal and interactive communication.
The participant is in control of this experience. With the assistance and coaching of Praxis advisors, participants create a professional development course to accelerate their growth. Between access to a world-class curriculum library, connections with entrepreneurs and intellectuals, and all the resources of the Praxis network, the education experience can’t be beat by sitting in a classroom.
