We have a rigorous five-stage application process and just ~15% acceptance rate. We screen candidates not for boring credentials and bullets on paper, but what matters most for rapid success in your company: work ethic, grit, integrity, intelligence, judgement, communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
We understand that value creation is all that matters for your employees. Participants get an intensive three-month bootcamp prior to the apprenticeship where they build a website, master a handful of professional software tools, complete a hardcore writing workshop, and come with a mindset of value creation, not merely rule following or waiting around.
During the apprenticeship, participants are continually improving through the Praxis curriculum. They complete monthly modules with deliverable projects for your company and their own development, engage with the Praxis network, and conduct weekly coaching sessions.
In short: our participants are miles ahead of the average intern or entry level employee based on selection alone, and they get better every single month as we invest in their growth.
Hiring sucks. We know. Running intern programs is a lot of work too. But you need a steady stream of good talent coming in the door. Praxis is the perfect partner. We vet, train, and match you with young people and you get six months to work with them as an apprentice – where they come in knowing they have something to prove – and can grow them into the perfect role.
