Jeremiah Bradley has a vision of the life he wants to lead, and he’s determined to create it for himself. Often unfulfilled and frustrated by the structure of his educational experiences, as a teen he decided to focus his energy starting business projects and gaining experience outside of the classroom. We’re excited to have Jeremiah in the program and help him create the type of environment where he can become the best version of himself.
Jeremiah will be participating in the program from Charleston, SC and will be working at 86 LLC alongside Chad Walldorf, Founder of Sticky Fingers BBQ, on his various business and real estate ventures. Everyday, he’ll be learning something new about what it takes to manage business operations and will frequently shadow Mr. Walldorf on visits to new properties and investment meetings. It’s going to be the ideal apprenticeship for someone looking to become a serial entrepreneur.

We asked Jeremiah about his decision to apply to Praxis and this is what he said:
How does Praxis fit in with your future plans?
Even though I have always been a highly successful student, I have always found that I am much more comfortable learning outside of the classroom. Traditional schooling never cultivated my strong independent streak. Instead, it encouraged everyone to have a similar mindset, to color inside the lines, and move at the same pace. Meanwhile, whenever I had the opportunity to learn something by actually doing it I was forced to become more creative and it would make my professional and personal aspirations more concrete.
This is why I chose Praxis.
Praxis will allow me to exude that stored up creative potential that school has tried to tame. Many times I found myself not being able to focus 100% in school because I was always wanting to work on some outside project that I had been trying to put aside for the sake of my formal studies. With Praxis, I no longer have to hold back. I feel as though I will finally have time to create freely and learn from people who have the same passions as myself. This sounds like time well spent to me.
I have some lofty career goals and I am always working on projects that lead to the grand finale of the plans that have been laid out for me. Praxis could not have fit in anymore perfectly. As I continue to build my future, I believe Praxis will help direct my entrepreneurial spirit and allow me to progress more quickly than I would have ever imagined otherwise. I thank God that He put me in Praxis today, because tomorrow looks awesome.
