Praxis business partners are some of the fastest growing startups in their industries. Participants create real value from day one and see what it is like to take a startup to the next level. PandaDoc is no exception.
Located in downtown San Francisco, CA, PandaDoc is a software service that allows customers to build, deliver, track, and digitally sign proposals. Participants work directly in identifying new customers and selling the customers of the value created by signing up for PandaDoc.
I had the opportunity to visit PandaDoc this week and speak with current Praxis participants in the sales department there. Kelly Hackmann, Reid Anderson, and Olivia Van Wormer all moved to San Francisco to work at PandaDoc through Praxis and have excelled in their sales development jobs with the guidance of their supervisor Jared Fuller and Praxis advisors.
Kelly and Reid contact and qualify new customers for PandaDoc, while Olivia takes interested prospects who have tried out the software and closes them on signing up for the service. Their goal is to convey the value created by PandaDoc’s software and how that makes the lives of their clients easier and better.
In less time than a traditional college semester, Olivia, Reid, and Kelly are on track to becoming seasoned sales professionals and have created more value than most students generate in four years of classes and several internships. As PandaDoc grows, successful participants grow with the team — experiencing upward potential rather than just reading about it.
