A few weeks ago, nearly 100 Praxis participants and alumni gathered in Atlanta for Praxis Weekend! Some of them traveled from as far as Switzerland and Australia to be at this energizing event.
We kicked the weekend off with a fireside-style chat between our CEO Isaac Morehouse and CEO of Phix Solutions, Chris Smith, to discuss all thing entrepreneurship and building a company from the ground up.
Day 2 was jam-packed with engaging breakout sessions ran by Praxis alumni and advisors. They covered everything from freelancing, personal branding, and authority marketing, to moving to a new city, organizing your ambition, and selling yourself as a success early in your career.
We winded the day down with a talk from CEO of Bitpay, Stephen Pair, on why Bitcoin matters, how it works, and how Bitpay is on the leading edge of blockchain technology.
In between talks and workshops, there was round-the-clock mingling and chatter about personal projects, work at their Praxis business partners, book recommendations, and philosophy debates.
In their free time away from the conference center, Praxis participants kept the fun going and explored the city of Atlanta with group adventures like paddle-boarding, visiting museums and botanical gardens, and eating at popular downtown Atlanta diners.
It was an inspiring weekend full of incredibly bright young people with ambitious ideas and the will to pursue them.
