What an exhilarating few days!
We wrapped up the inaugural Praxis opening seminar over the weekend, and I couldn’t be more excited by the mark the participants are going to make on the world. You can check out our Facebook page to see some photos and highlights from the event.
One of my favorite parts was a simple exercise. We asked participants to write down 3-5 measurable outcomes they want at the end of the ten month program. This is not only a way for them to think clearly about what they want to achieve, but it’s how we will measure our own success as a program.
We could make up any kind of goals or measurements and say, “Look, Praxis is a success because we achieved the following”, but such data don’t really tell what matters most: whether or not the customers really gained value. We want to know what they want to walk away with, and that provides a challenging yardstick with which we can measure our effectiveness. Praxis is here to help them discover what makes them come alive, and do it.
We’ll be sharing updates on the participants throughout their experience, so stay tuned!
