Praxis seems too good to be true. What’s the catch?

Probably the number one question we get at Praxis is, “Is this real? It seems too good to be true. What’s the catch?”
Yes it’s real. No, it’s not too good to be true because it is true. No, there’s no catch, except that you have to want it and be committed to accelerating your personal growth.
Yes, what you earn during the program exceeds what you pay in tuition. Yes, in one year you can get a full-time startup job – 96% of grads do upon completion. Yes, our grads’ average starting salary is over $50,000. Yes, you build a personal website, brand, portfolio of projects, and a network. Yes, you get one-on-one coaching and a customizable curriculum in addition to an awesome paid apprenticeship. No, you don’t need a degree or tons of work experience or specialized skills to start.
It’s pretty straightforward. It’s hugely valuable to participants and the businesses that partner with us.
It only seems too rosy because we have been conditioned for decades to believe that career progress and personal growth can only take the form of six figure tuition at four year institutions followed by months of blasting resumes and getting crappy jobs and not knowing how to create a path to a fulfilling career and pay off debt at the same time, all while juggling listless boredom and parental pressure for prestige.
It’s absurd, and it doesn’t have to be that way.
The world has already changed. You can be on the leading edge. We want to help.
